SoftWorks AI Makes Key Additions to Board of Directors
FLUSHING, NY (March 1, 2018) - SoftWorks AI announced that Seymour Liebman, Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel of Canon U.S.A., Inc., and Dr. Michael Ehrlich, Associate Professor in Finance at the NJIT Martin Tuchman School of Management were elected to SoftWorks AI’s board of directors.
Seymour Liebman, joins the SoftWorks AI board with experience as a top senior executive for Canon in the Americas. As a leader in consumer, business-to-business and industrial imaging solutions, Liebman’s experience in transforming Canon’s product line from business analog products to digital imaging solutions will be a valuable asset to SoftWorks AI’s growth in providing vertical-specific solutions.

Liebman has been an Executive Vice President of Canon U.S.A., Inc., a subsidiary of Canon Inc since April 1, 2012 and also serves as its General Counsel, Secretary and Chief Administrative Officer. Since 2009, he has served as an Executive Officer of Canon Inc. and eventually moved into the Senior Managing Executive Officer position in April 2013.

Dr. Ehrlich previously worked at Bear Sterns as senior managing director of the emerging markets fixed income business, as well as Lehman Brothers, Kuhn Loeb and Salomon Brothers.
